scaredy cat and some of his friends gather together in the park because they're celebrating a fun occasion - teddy bear picnic day!! according to some information kaida found, teddy bear picnic day is celebrated on july 10th every year - mostly in canada, australia and europe. each location has its own way of celebrating - in fact - in westmead, australia, picnics are held all over the city in order to raise money for the children's hospital at westmead. how nice is that!! but despite the festive occasion, there's always a bit of trouble lurking - in this case, poor crazy bee got caught by a kite and seems to be flying away from the fun and festivities. the teal bug - well - we won't go there. trouble always seems to follow them.
this week - have your pet celebrate teddy bear picnic day! whether it's in a park like scaredy cat did, or in their backyard or even inside the house - have a picnic!! have cakes and cookies and whatever other delightful treats you can provide. and don't forget to have fun!
