What Alias Al looks for in a bug report

A clear description of an issue, i.e. a clear bug report, has the following:
- "Who": the web browser, and its major and minor version numbers.
- "Where": The operating system and/or hardware the browser is running on.
- "What": the unexpected behavior
- "How": what was done to trigger the behavior
- Web browser: FireFox 9.01
- Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium
- Problem: incorrect position after rotation and reflection
- How: Put the space warp background, and Chinese fan #1, in. The first horizontal flip of the fan works. Then the clockwise rotation button does a counterclockwise rotation instead. Trying to horizontally flip the fan again, instead vertically flips the fan.
